Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 18 years of age Senior Caregiving
- 1+ years of prior experience (Professional or Personal) Reliable Transportation Valid Driver’s License, Auto Registration & Insurance Strong English Communication Skills
- (Reading, Writing, Speaking) Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision Dedication, Reliability, Dependability, Punctuality & Attentiveness Genuine Interest in Caring for Seniors
- Patience / Compassion / Good Listening Skills Three Professional References are Required Due to upcoming changes to the State of Maines in-home caregiver requirements, successful candidates MUST currently have/or previously had a Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Support Specialist, Home Health Aid or other applicable certifications OR be interested in completing state mandated training.
