un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Need home cleanup, sweep, vacuum, mostly sawdust (Harpswell) compensation: going rate. please propose something. My summer home reno has been dragging going on, so I need a sawdust cleanup now before final completion. This is mostly easy sweeping and vacuuming. I have brooms and a shop vac, etc. So, you don’t need to bring anything. Is super simple. But, if you have your own vac for getting into edges and corners, that would help a bunch. My family is arriving next week and I need to clean up the sawdust here. For a rough pass through, I estimate it would take you a morning or afternoon. If you wanted to get more into details including bathrooms and the fridge that has been neglected, then it could take all day… or maybe two afternoons. Either way is fine. This is a rough pass through and I am not fussy about it. You do not have to be a pro. I am the home owner and I will be here, so no worries about being alone with unknown contractors, etc. Is just, a clean and go, cash job. Please have some kind of referral or references.
