Home & Community DSPs 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Camden, ME 04843 Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home & Community Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide essential care and support to individuals in our local group homes and community settings. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve while adhering to best practices in care. We have several positions available in both our Mobile Community Supports program in Camden, and our various group homes in the Rockport-Rockland area. Wages start at $18.31, commensurate with experience, and there are differentials for different levels of care and shifts. Duties may include Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote community involvement and personal growth. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Support clients in group home settings as required, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Requirements High School Diploma or GED, valid Maine driver’s license reliable transportation proof of insurance
Community Supports Schedule :
Monday –
Friday:
7:30am – 3:00pm (flexible)
Group Home Schedule:
