Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment Follow personalized care plans tailored to client needs Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Experience required – prior caregiving experience preferred Must be 18 years or older A strong desire to help others and demonstrate patience, trust, and empathy Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Clean driving record and background check Flu vaccination required per state guidelines The Najah Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
