Caregiver/Personal Assistant 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Skowhegan, ME 04976 We are looking for a compassionate Home Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide high quality assistance to an individual with daily living and personal care services in the client’s home in accordance with an established care plan.

• Provide care services
• Perform light housekeeping
• Meal prep and cleanup
• Transport and accompany patient to dialysis, doctor appts and outings
• Run errands
• Medication reminders; including insulin – log blood sugars, weight and BP
• Assist with client’s personal care activities
• Maintain patient care records and document provided services
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

SKILLS:

• Proven working experience as home health aide
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Honesty is a must
• Current CPR certificate/First Aid training preferred
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• High school degree
• Background check required

Part-time Pay:

$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s from 2p to 5pm, every other weekend and holidays.
