Caregiver Blairscaregiving Monett, MO 65708 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a commitment to understanding the unique needs of each individual, whether they are in assisted living, memory care, or receiving home care services. Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, including lifting and transferring when necessary. Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior, reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel. Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans. Provide emotional support to clients and their families during challenging times, including hospice care situations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in assisted living settings is preferred. Knowledge of memory care techniques and patient care practices is highly beneficial. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion, patience, and empathy. Ability to assist clients effectively while ensuring their dignity and respect. Proficient in home care tasks including cooking and light housekeeping duties. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and their families. Ability to lift and assist clients safely as required by their individual needs.
