This position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care in various settings, including home care and group homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Support individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence and social interaction. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any concerns to healthcare professionals. Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields required. Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
