In-Home Personal Caregiver Acumen Fiscal Agent-In Home Health Cape Girardeau, MO 63701 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to support a young female client with special needs. Due to the nature of personal care involved, we are preferably looking for a female caregiver to ensure the highest level of comfort and sensitivity. The ideal candidate is someone with a calm presence, strong emotional intelligence, and a steady demeanor, especially in high-stress or emotionally charged situations. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those who may experience seizures or behavioral challenges, is highly preferred. It is essential that the caregiver approaches their role with respect, empathy, and consistency, while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. To be considered, candidates must have at minimum a Level 1 Medication Aide (Med Tech) certification and be comfortable supporting with daily routines, personal care, and behavior management in a home environment.
