What You’ll Be Doing as a Caregiver You’ll be providing one-on-one support for clients in their homes, helping them live more independently and safely. Every day may look a little different, but typical duties include: Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting mobility and transfers safely Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping Running errands or accompanying clients to appointments Following a personalized care plan and documenting services provided Communicating regularly with the office and client families Ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and cared for

• someone who puts people first Good communication skills
• especially when it comes to follow-through and updates The physical ability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks A valid driver’s license and auto insurance Willingness to drive to client homes and assist with errands The ability to pass a background screening required by the State of Missouri CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one
