Duties:

• Provide direct care to patients in a variety of settings, such as assisted living facilities or hospice care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients.
• Respect and uphold the rights of residents in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
