We are an in-home care provider of comprehensive home support services to help seniors and disabled individuals who need assistance with daily living. We send trained, thoroughly screened home care aides to the homes of our clients. Under general nurse supervision, our aides help with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and other activities that keep a home comfortable. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ health and well-being. Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Requirements Previous experience in home care, memory care, or caregiving. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and maintain a tidy living space for clients.
