• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (required) 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing (required)
• 1 year of Experience working with children (preferred) Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position
• Provide guidance and ensure the physical and emotional need of residents are met in a nurturing way.
• Supervise, monitor, and assist each resident in their day-to-day routine.
• Collaborate effectively with staff members regarding the personal and healthcare needs of each resident.
• Educate and effectively provide instructions on daily living skills.
• Engage in the preparation and serving of meals to the residents.
• Escort residents to various structured activities on/off campus.
• Completes all required logs and reports.
