Duties As a Care Staff member, your responsibilities will include: Meal preparation and cooking, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Providing personal care and support in a home care or group home setting. Engaging clients in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Documenting client progress and reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel. Medication Administration Personal Care aid to residents including dietary, dressing grooming, bathing, household related tasks, ect. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications: Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and dietary considerations. A genuine passion for providing care and support to individuals in need. 18 Years of Age Successful passing of Background Check.
