PRN Caregiver Another Day At Life Home Health Care And CDS Warrenton, MO 63383 Company Overview Another Day At Life Home Health Care and CDS is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. We provide comprehensive in-home support services that ensure our clients receive the assistance they need for daily living, delivered by our professional and compassionate caregivers. Summary We are seeking PRN (Floater) personal care aides to join our team at Another Day At Life Home Health Care and CDS. In this role, you willbe called to cover open shifts. These shifts may be for the day, or an extended period to provide essential support to seniors and disabled individuals in their homes, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being. Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide medication reminders as prescribed and assist with mobility needs. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Support clients in social activities and community engagement. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is required. Strong observational skills to monitor patients’ conditions effectively. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with disabilities. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
