Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and tidy living space. Assist clients with mobility, including lifting or transferring them safely as needed. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Support clients in engaging in social activities or outings to promote their well-being. Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to family members or healthcare professionals. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting when necessary. Knowledge of working with people with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
