Requirements:
Must pass background check and drug screen. Access to reliable transportation. Experience preferred, but strong character required. CNA or PCA certification is a plus.
Duties:
Provide direct support to clients by assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Monitor patients’ health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist clients with mobility and heavy lifting as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during transitions. Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients, promoting a healthy living space. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including those requiring specialized care such as dementia care.
