We operate a small home in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, where individuals navigating recovery and reintegration find safety, structure, and compassion. We’re looking for a reliable, calm, and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Caregiver . This role is perfect for someone who values routine, accountability, and compassionate connection—whether you’re a caregiver by profession or by heart.

Your Role:

Wake up the residents in time for their job Help keep the home peaceful and clean through light housekeeping Ensure residents take their medications Administer a breathalyzer when the resident returns from work Conduct occasional searches of personal belongings to ensure a substance-free space Write short, daily notes on the resident’s progress

Who You Are:

Dependable and punctual Calm, respectful, and professional when enforcing rules Comfortable with accountability responsibilities (e.g., breathalyzer use, bag checks) Experience in recovery support, caregiving, residential work, or mental health is helpful but not required Shifts (Pick One or More):

Morning:

8:30-10:30

AM Afternoon:

2:30-4:30

PM Evening:

9:00-11:00

PM Compensation:

$13/hour 8-10 hours per week Additional on-call shifts also available if interested
