We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated In-Home Care Marketer to help us reach more families in need of reliable, non-medical caregiving support.
Position Summary :
As a Non-Medical In-Home Care Marketer, you’ll be the face and voice of our agency in the community. Your role will be to build strong relationships with referral sources (such as physicians, senior centers, discharge planners, churches, etc.), represent our brand with professionalism and heart, and help families understand the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote non-medical in-home care services
- Cultivate relationships with community partners, healthcare professionals, and referral networks Attend local events, health fairs, and networking meetings to promote awareness
- Conduct home visits or consultations with potential clients and their families
- Track and report outreach activities and results to leadership
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or sales preferred (healthcare or senior care a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a heart for seniors and caregiving
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and within a team
