Needed Shifts:
Full time and part time days: 6am-2pm five days aweek for full time, 3 days a week for part time. Those wanting fulltime must work at least one weekend day. Full time and part timeswing shifts: 2pm-10pm five days a week for full time, 3 days aweek for part time. Those wanting full time must work at least oneweekend day.
Full time graveyard:
8pm-6am Wednesday, Thursday,Friday and Saturday – These are awake graveyard shifts Part timegraveyard: 10pm-6am
Thursday, Friday and Saturday Accountability:
Direct Care Staff shall be directly responsible tothe Lead Worker / Sr. Staff, House Manager and QIDP/TC forproviding daily training to the clients in the group home and inthe community.
General Summary:
Direct Care Staff provide dailytraining in daily living skills, such as dressing, bathing,grooming, toileting, hygiene, eating, communication , behaviormodification, social skills, money and community skills to theclients we serve to enhance their lives and help them to become asindependent as possible.
Example of Duties:
This list in non-inclusiveAttend and pass allrequired trainings (Assistance With Medications, CPR/FA, Mandt) Attend all staff meetings and monthly in-services Read and demonstrate understanding of client programs Consistently implement client schedules and programs on a dailybasis. Collect and legibly record accurate data and other requireddocumentation. Legibly record daily progress notes on the clients. Prepare meals as assigned. Assist clients with med delivery Ensure that all clients’ rights are upheld If on the Graveyard you are awake all night and complete dutiesas assigned
Requirements:
