Assisted Living Caregiver The Baddour Center Senatobia, MS The Baddour Center is a model residential community in NW Mississippi (30 min. from Memphis on I55) for persons with mild intellectual disabilities / developmental disabilities / autism. We are in a beautiful campus setting on 120 acres in Senatobia, MS. We are seeking a Nursing Assistant / Assisted Living Caregiver to join our team working nights in our licensed Assisted Living program for 18 residents. The shift(s) available is 7 pm to 7 am (nights). Staff work 3 days in one week and 4 days in the 2nd week of their schedule. We offer great benefits and liberal paid time off. Unlike other assisted living programs, there are support staff in addition to nurses and nursing assistants for cooking meals, daily activity groups, case management, medical and clinic services, psychology services and transportation services. Applicants must have the minimum of a high school diploma and be 23 years of age. Candidates with a minimum of one to two years of experience as a Direct Support Professional or Nursing Assistant in a residential program will have preference. Experience as a home health aide, direct support professional, or Elderly and Disabled Waiver program caregiver is also a plus.
