Caregiver F.IT.S Senior Activity Services Graham, NC 27253 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are in a home health setting, group home, or nursing home. This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to perform various tasks that ensure the well-being and comfort of those under your care. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Observe and monitor patients’ conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Administer first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies. Experience Previous experience in home health, group home, or nursing home settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with patient care techniques and safety protocols is essential. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong observational skills to effectively monitor patients’ health and behavior. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
