Summary As a Personal Care Aide, you will play an essential role in supporting our residents’ daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. This position is vital to our mission of delivering compassionate care while ensuring that our residents live with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents. Support residents in engaging with peers and participating in community activities. Uphold resident rights by ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect at all times. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ well-being, comfort and safety. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or personal care roles is preferred. Willing to be trained on new skills. Flexibility to work in both assisted living and memory care settings. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably. Reliable transportation.
