Director:

Fully responsible for the management and services includingbudgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal management. Monitor the quality and appropriateness of all servicesprovided by your staff to ensure compliance and client satisfactionwhile ensuring adequate staff education, training andevaluation. Support your team and grow your office by keeping abreast ofindustry and community trends and referral opportunities. Qualifications for a

Director:

Four year college degree required Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or managementexperience in the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare Knowledge of North Carolina regulations Demonstrated record of goal achievement and of successfullytaking on increased responsibility with positive results Proven interpersonal, recruiting and employee relationsskills Proven ability to organize, manage, market and grow anoffice Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regardto networking with the community and representing our organizationto various groups and agencies Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position andresponsibilities Bilingual in Spanish/English not required, but would be a plus!
