Director:
Four year college degree required Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or managementexperience in the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare Knowledge of North Carolina regulations Demonstrated record of goal achievement and of successfullytaking on increased responsibility with positive results Proven interpersonal, recruiting and employee relationsskills Proven ability to organize, manage, market and grow anoffice Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regardto networking with the community and representing our organizationto various groups and agencies Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position andresponsibilities Bilingual in Spanish/English not required, but would be a plus!
