Summary First Choice Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for a male pediatric patient in his home located in Goldston, NC. This position is for the night shift, with hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with alternating weekends. The primary skilled care needs for this patient include tracheostomy care and G-tube management. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Manage medical equipment as needed. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records. Requirements Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice. Experience in long-term care or home health preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor.
