In Home Aide Deeply Devoted Home Care LLC Whiteville, NC 28472 “`Duties“`

• Provide direct support and care to individuals in their homes or nursing homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
• Monitor and manage behaviors of individuals with behavioral challenges
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
• Document observations and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisor “`Experience“`
• Previous experience in home care or nursing home setting preferred
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and dementia care
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
