Schedule:
7 days/week 8 am-12 pm and 4 pm-8 pm

Responsibilities:
What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/dressing Standby assistance
Toileting Medication Reminders Notes:
Client has family car available for caregiver to use for transportation needs with client. Needs to encourage client to do their exercises. Needs help getting in/out of shower. Some hands on assistance with dressing and hygiene. Client lives with spouse who is independent.
Requirements:
What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License Must be reliable
