The ideal candidate will have experience working with the resident and individuals with disibilities, as well as knowledge of behavioral health and medical equipment such as hoyer lifts. Prior Experience assited livings or skilled facilities is a plus. The position may require airway management, sterile processing, and gastric lavage.

Duties:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare provider
• Monitor and document changes in client’s health status
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Chart ADL’s
• Perform vital signs

Experience:

• Experience working with geriatrics and individuals with disibilites
• Knowledge of behavioral health and medical equipment blood pressure cuff
• Experience in assisted living/ Skilled facilities
