These services are included In a written plan of care provided by a Nursing Supervisor. You must meet the following qualifications: You must have a high school diploma or GED You must have received training and passed all test required by the State of North Carolina giving permission to be certified You must have reliable transportation You must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
