Responsibilities:
What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/dressing Standby assistance
Toileting Assistance Notes:
Client needs assistance with dressing. Client has a bad leg and cannot stand or walk, lives alone and is able to self-transfer with stand by assistance to his electric wheelchair.
Requirements:
What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License Must be reliable
