Key Qualifications:
This position is Part Time Previous experience in caregiving required 3rd shift availability is a plus CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license) Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm availability Willingness to do on-call shifts to cover unexpected call-outs A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus Clean background check required Randolph and Montgomery Counties Health Insurance is provided
Responsibilities:
Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and report any important health changes Ensure that each client’s care needs are met with compassion and professionalism
