• We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential/Community Support Staff for a children’s IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) group home. As a key member of our support team, you will provide essential care and assistance to our residents, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and care to children with IDD
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks
• Support residents in community outings and activities, utilizing your vehicle for transportation
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all residents
• Collaborate with our team to promote resident independence, dignity, and well-being

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to use it for transportation and outings of residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and supportive demeanor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
