The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves various tasks related to lawn maintenance, landscape upkeep, and seasonal services such as snow plowing. The Lawn Care Specialist will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients’ outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscape aesthetics. Execute snow plowing and removal services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various groundskeeping tasks. Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or other vegetation. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular checks and basic mechanical knowledge. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and groundskeeping is essential. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus. A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary.
