Advancement Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding as needed. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and ambulation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards. Being attentive to clients needs and alerting necessary parties if there is a safety or health risk. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any concerns.
