!! Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including heavy lifting and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure client health and safety. Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or developmental disabilities. Support clients in maintaining their independence through effective assistance. Prepare meals as needed, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times. Qualifications Experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility needs. Knowledge of vital sign monitoring and basic health assessments. Compassionate attitude towards working with individuals with disabilities. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. Familiarity with dementia care practices is highly desirable. Willingness to assist in meal preparation when necessary. Certification or training in home community care is a plus.
