Position Overview:

As a Home Care Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for promoting our services, conducting needs assessments, and making sure that we are happy with client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

At least 2 years experience in community resources. Knowledge in the medical professional community. Ability to connect and collaborate with families and communities Identify and pursue new client leads through networking, outreach, and marketing strategies. Conduct needs assessments with potential clients and their families to determine appropriate services. Present our home care services effectively, addressing client questions and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients and ongoing satisfaction. Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to management. Attend community events and networking functions to represent the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare or home care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of home care services and industry regulations is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compassionate and client-focused mindset.
