Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for clients requiring complex transfers, including the use of transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Foster a safe and supportive environment to encourage client independence Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Build meaningful relationships and deliver compassionate, client-centered care

Qualifications:

Proven experience with complex transfers, including knowledge of proper techniques and safety protocols Physical capability to perform safe client transfers Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitude Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills:
