Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for clients requiring complex transfers, including the use of transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait beltsAssist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygieneFoster a safe and supportive environment to encourage client independencePerform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication remindersBuild meaningful relationships and deliver compassionate, client-centered care

Qualifications:

Proven experience with complex transfers, including knowledge of proper techniques and safety protocolsPhysical capability to perform safe client transfersExcellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitudeReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills:
