PCA/Caregiver Heart 2 Home Senior Services, LLC Chapel Hill, NC 27599 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in a variety of settings, including personal care homes, group homes, and home community care environments. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through direct support and caregiving. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring resident rights are respected, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Maintain cleanliness in living spaces and assist with household chores as needed. Implement behavior management techniques to support residents’ emotional well-being. Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental health. Drive residents to appointments or community outings as required. Ensure compliance with resident rights and uphold dignity in all interactions. Document daily activities and any changes in residents’ conditions accurately. Experience Previous experience in caregiving, personal care homes, or group home settings is preferred. Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary guidelines is beneficial. Knowledge of behavior management strategies is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential. Pay:

$13.15 – $14.00 per hour
