Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Caregiver Trainer/Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, hiring, onboarding, and training caregivers who provide outstanding care to our clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for education, recruitment, and senior care.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively recruit qualified caregivers through job boards, social media, local outreach, and community partnerships. Conduct interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and initial caregiver evaluations. Coordinate and lead comprehensive caregiver orientation sessions. Deliver ongoing training in accordance with company standards, including hands-on care techniques, safety protocols, and client-specific care plans. Collaborate with the office team to assess staffing needs and match caregivers to clients based on skills and compatibility. Maintain caregiver compliance with certifications, background checks, and continuing education requirements. Support caregiver engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, senior services, or related field. Prior experience in recruiting and/or training preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with home care best practices and relevant state regulations. Ability to lead group trainings and adapt to various learning styles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
