$13.00 – $15.00/hr $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Virginia’s Group Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Staff to join our team at a Level III residential treatment facility for adolescent girls. We are currently hiring for all shifts:

Day Shift:

8:00 AM – 8:00

PM Night Shift:

8:00 PM – 8:00 AM Responsibilities include: Providing direct supervision and support to residents Ensuring the safety and well-being of each adolescent Implementing daily schedules, therapeutic activities, and behavior plans Documenting shift notes, incidents, and progress Upholding therapeutic boundaries and facility policies at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Experience working with adolescents in a behavioral or residential setting preferred Must be reliable, professional, and trauma-informed Ability to pass background check and drug screening Must be available to rotate weekends
