Responsibilities:

What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/dressing Standby assistance

Notes:

Caregiver will use their vehicle for transportation needs. Client is able to dress independently. Client doesn’t like to be told she can do things that she thinks she can’t do. Client is conservative.

Requirements:

What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License Must be reliable
