Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The PCA will provide support with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. This role requires a caring individual who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, chronic conditions, or elderly clients in their homes or care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Aid with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report changes in the client’s health and safety.
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. Ability to follow care plans and maintain a safe environment.
