- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of medical professionals
- Perform physical examinations and record patient information
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with tube feeding and catheter care
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures Requirements
- Certification or degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
- Experience in acute care or home care settings preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Epic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
