Tues and Wed 9a-1p, and Fri 10a-6p

Responsibilities:
What are the care requirements of this client? Meal Preparation Light Housekeeping Engagement Bathing/dressing Standby assistance
Medication Reminders Notes:
Client needs assistance with toileting, bathing and dressing. Client has dementia – “sun-downing”. Needs helping getting in/out of shower.
Requirements:
What is required from you? Must be at least 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License Must be reliable
