Starting Pay:

$16/hr

• Plus opportunities for overtime and holiday pay Full-Time Hours (36+ per week)
• Flexible 5-day schedule with standby availability Paid Holidays & Time Off
• Enjoy 7 paid holidays and up to 40 hours of PTO per year Mileage Reimbursement
• Get paid for travel over 30 miles Overtime Pay (1.5x Hourly Rate)
• Earn more when you work over 40 hours per week

Responsibilities Provide compassionate and attentive care to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to our client care coordinators. Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping tasks. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Be willing to run errands or provide transportation to activities or appointments if needed.
