• We’re seeking a dedicated and caring individual female to provide personalized, in-home care for a beloved family member. This is an opportunity to make a profound difference in someone’s life during a meaningful time, working as part of a supportive healthcare team.

• What You’ll Do:

• Provide gentle, dignified personal care including assistance with daily activities, bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious, comforting meals tailored to our loved one’s preferences and needs
• Maintain a clean, peaceful home environment that promotes comfort and well-being
• Collaborate with our wonderful hospice team of nurses and CNAs who provide regular support and guidance
• Offer companionship and emotional support with patience and understanding

• What We’re Looking For:

• Current CNA certification or equivalent healthcare training
• Experience working with memory-care patients
• Experience with Hoyer lift operation (additional training provided as needed)
• Understanding of basic personal care, hygiene and medical needs
• Must be able to plan and prepare healthful meals
• Will be required to do light housekeeping
• Medication management
• A compassionate heart and patient demeanor, especially with memory care
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals
• this is a must!
• Comfortable with household management tasks
• The patient is female
• we require a biologically female caregiver for the comfort of the patient

• HOUSEHOLD HAS A DOG.

  You will be asked to feed and let the dog outside between the dog walker visits
