Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to support ourclients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be compassionate,reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care thatpromotes independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing,dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility, including transfers andambulation

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and cleanenvironment. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningfulactivities
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status tosupervisors
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to careplans

• Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in personal care or related fieldpreferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving, includinglifting and mobility assistance
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
