Position Overview:

The Client Navigator role is more than just a caregiving position. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and who want to play an important role in guiding clients through their day-to-day personal care routines. As a Client Navigator, you will support the well-being of clients by providing hands-on assistance and emotional support, while also serving as a consistent and caring presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Prepare simple meals and offer reminders for medications Monitor client well-being and report changes or concerns to the care team Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with clients and their families

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) is preferred High school diploma or GED Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (we can assist with certification if needed) Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the

United States Schedule:
