Spanish Speaking Caregiver Position Available In Wilson, North Carolina

Spanish Speaking Caregiver King’s Nursing and Homecare Wilson, NC 27893 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home or community setting. Your responsibilities will include personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met. Monitor and record vital signs as necessary. Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior. Administer CPR and first aid when required. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety during movement. Support hospice care when needed, providing comfort to clients and their families. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as necessary. Skills Bilingual or Spanish speaking a plus as the family is Spanish speaking, speaks some English. Client is a child, so caregiver would need to be comfrotable working with children. Experience in home care or senior care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques that cater to dietary restrictions. Ability to monitor vital signs accurately and respond appropriately to changes. Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable. Strong observational skills to detect changes in patient conditions effectively. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Familiarity with hospice care principles is a plus but not mandatory.
