Position Overview:

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll serve as a key member of the leadership team, working closely with caregivers and the administrative staff to recruit, train, and support care professionals while ensuring exceptional service for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of caregivers to promote high-quality, compassionate care Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new caregivers Conduct caregiver orientation and ongoing supervision Maintain caregiver personnel records in compliance with regulations Assist with client care management, caregiver scheduling, and service coordination Foster positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and families Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Scheduler to maintain a healthy work culture and strong team dynamic Participate in the on-call rotation when needed

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in the healthcare or home care field required Background in staff supervision, recruitment, and team leadership Outgoing, personable, and confident in working with clients, families, and professionals Passionate about mentoring caregivers and helping them succeed Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Proficient with technology (smartphones, email, HR/scheduling software) Strong leadership presence and commitment to continuous improvement

Salary:
